Started in 1997, Strength Systems Training is about training clients for weight loss and transformation. From the housewife to an athlete, we are for everyone aiming to move towards a more active lifestyle. We focus on nutrition and exercise simultaneously and enhance the overall performance in sports and life. We develop exercises that allow individuals to perform day-to-day activities more smoothly and without injury.

About Tony Hardridge

Involved in athletics and competitive weight lifting for over 35 years, Tony has won six nationals and taken a first and a second in two World Championships. His education is from Chapman University and Masters from the University of Pennsylvania, CA.
Tony believes that exercise is a two-way process that he and the client achieve together. He guides the client and crafts unique programs and plans specific to the needs of the client. Tony believes that a stronger body is always a better body; that’s why he not only works hard to get you stronger and more energetic but does so without causing injury.
Having a passion for fitness, Tony sets himself apart by helping you achieve any goal you set.
